We sweated our ta-tas off in pursuit of the best new bras

A sports bra should perform like
the perfect boyfriend: hug you close,
get physical when you want, and
provide plenty of unconditional support.
i so got to agree with that statement,
imagine you running and you feel something bouncing along with you
not such a good image on your head, right! and not such a pretty
view for your friends.
but hey a sport bra a big deal and choosing the right one is pretty important.
when choosing a sport bra, never get the one your size, get it a size smaller.
better grip of your boobs makes it easier to run without it doing a
jingle or two.
i recommend adidas sport bra, not that i m a big fan of them
but compared to nike, they give better support and long lasting and also
they look pretty good : )

sugar overload

…are you high? Our irresistible desire for sweets may be our biggest diet downfall
Sweet treats are bad news because they typically deliver a load of calories with little to no nutrition
On average, each of us scarfs 25 pounds more sugar annually than women did back when American Bandstand started airing in color. There's no dancing around it: Sugar is a huge part of what's making us fat.
Now brace yourself for two more nasty news flashes: (1) Eating sugar can stoke your appetite rather than satisfy it, and (2) it can even become addictive--no surprise to those of us who have a daily 3 p.m. Snickers jones so strong we might be tempted to hurl an office chair at the vending machine if we ever ran out of change.
But don't despair, gummy-bear lovers: There's light at the end of this frosted, candy-coated tunnel. With a little determination, you can train yourself to stop craving sugar. And when you do, you'll experience something truly sweet: weight-loss success
By constantly eating sugar, you also force your pancreas to work overtime. As you eat more, it pumps out massive amounts of insulin; eventually, your body may become less sensitive to sugar and, essentially, build up a resistance to it. Just as a frequent drinker needs to knock back more beers in order to feel their effects, you can begin to need more sugar to feel satisfied.
And if getting too many calories is what worries you, reaching for a Sprite Zero isn't the solution: Artificial sweeteners may be almost as bad for you as HFCS. In 2004, a study published in the International Journal of Obesity found that rats ate more after consuming an artificially sweetened drink than they did after sipping sugar water. Researchers speculate that calorie-free artificial sweeteners act like stomach teasers: As you swallow diet soda, your body anticipates the arrival of calories. When they don't show up, your body sends you looking elsewhere for them, often in a snack bowl.
Here comes the hard-to-swallow truth: The only way to curb a sugar habit is to cut back drastically. It will be rough in the beginning, but your body will crave sugar less as it regains its insulin sensitivity. In order to extract your sweet tooth, you first need to know how much sugar you're actually eating

fitness food

Close your eyes and they almost taste like crunchy candy.
Carrots pack complex carbs that provide energy to
muscles and potassium to control blood pressure
and muscle contractions, says Leslie Bonci, R.D.
And a half cup has just 35 calories.

am i normal?

there was a point in my life, i questioned myself,
am i normal?
i use to eat then go to the mirror and check my stomach,
see if it got bigger, i use to binge in the middle of the night
and then the next minute i would be jogging around the park,
afraid of gaining a pound. i use to sleep so much so that
i wont start eating and having craving, i would literally just
sleep my hunger off. how dumb i was.i dont do all this anymore
but sometimes the things i do strike me and make me think for a
minute how unconfident i was as a person. all of us are different
in every single way and we have to accept ourself for who we are
but at the same time make ammendment to improve ourself.

You are not alone:

1 in 4 women brush their teeth after every meal.
71% of young adult women feel like their bra is never the perfect fit.
99% of women talk to their pets--a lot.
25% of women have shagged only one person in their lives.
More than 50% of women would prefer an hour to themselves than 60 minutes of bliss in the bedroom.
12% of women never snack.
21% of women would forget any and all promises of faithfulness for one night with (big surprise) Matthew "No Shirt" McConaughey.
45% of women think their pets are cuter than their partners.

Based on survey results conducted by womenhealth mag

calories count

have you ever come across with someone who said,
"just eat and enjoy yourself, live life to the fullest."
i have like a baker dozen times a day, but the fact is
this people arent happy with their body and that
they have given up exercising due to the lack of commitment
or even because they dont enjoy it. from my point of view,
eating healthily is not only mandatory but also makes u feel
good about yourself, imagine eating 3 bars of kit kat followed by
a big packet of bbq lays, humans do feel bad but they are
just being ignorant to things and people who dont help themself,
theres no way they are even to lose a pound.

There's no getting around this fundamental truth: You can't lose weight unless you burn more calories than you take in.
Leslie Bonci, M.P.H., R.D., a sports nutritionist at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, recommends these formulas for figuring out your daily calorie goals.
Everyone is different, but it will give you a basic idea.

Lazy-Day Calorie Goal
(use on days when you're taking it easy/not exercising):
A. Your weight, in pounds: ____
B. A x 15 = _____
C. B - 500 = _____

Busy-Day Calorie Goal
(use on days when you're active/exercising):
A. Your weight, in pounds: ____
B. A x 18 = ____
C. B - 500 = ____

» Aim for these numbers and you'll lose 1 pound
per week, a weight-loss rate that's healthy and
super-easy to maintain.

ps: 1 kg= 2.2 lbs
1lbs=0.5kg
