A sports bra should perform like
the perfect boyfriend: hug you close,
get physical when you want, and
provide plenty of unconditional support.
i so got to agree with that statement,
imagine you running and you feel something bouncing along with you
not such a good image on your head, right! and not such a pretty
view for your friends.
but hey a sport bra a big deal and choosing the right one is pretty important.
when choosing a sport bra, never get the one your size, get it a size smaller.
better grip of your boobs makes it easier to run without it doing a
jingle or two.
i recommend adidas sport bra, not that i m a big fan of them
but compared to nike, they give better support and long lasting and also
they look pretty good : )
